Inventory requests
Website availability is a helpful snapshot, not a guarantee. A submitted cart is a request until Boulder Wine Merchant confirms the item, vintage, quantity, price, fulfillment method, and invoice. No online card charge is made through the current request-an-invoice checkout.

Wine labels, vintages, bottle formats, and packaging may change. The shop will disclose material substitutions before invoicing. Images are illustrative when noted.
Pricing and cancellations
The shop may correct an obvious pricing or inventory error before accepting a request. Cancellation, return, and exchange eligibility depends on applicable Colorado law, product condition, and the circumstances of the order.
