Brett’s Burgundy starter case · 12 bottles · approximately $1,800

The case we’d hand someone who walked in and said “I want to learn Burgundy from the start.” Two Bourgognes, four village whites and reds, four 1ers crus, and two single-bottle library finds. Specific producers rotate by vintage — what’s currently shipping is on request.

From Piedmont to Tuscany to Veneto. Three Barolos, three Barbarescos, three Chianti Classico Riservas, two Brunellos, and a single Amarone. The case to drink across two months of pasta, risotto, and slow-cooked beef.

Holiday gifting six-pack · $300, $600, or $1,200

Six bottles in three price tiers, designed to be split — give one or six. Each pack arrives with a hand-written card, drinking notes, and pairing suggestions. Send by November 30 for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery.

Champagne tasting six · $480

A grower-driven Champagne flight: Pierre Péters Blanc de Blancs, Larmandier-Bernier Latitude, Vilmart Grand Cellier, Egly-Ouriet Tradition, and two vintage cuvées Brett selects each season. The case to drink across a long evening with a small group.
