Tasting note
The 2021 opens with scents of ripe blackberries, cassis, and blackcurrant, and is layered with hints of black cherry. The aromatic profile unfolds with complexity, revealing subtle nuances of dried herbs, cedarwood, and tobacco. Subtle oak notes are evident but harmonious, offering suggestions of Tahitian vanilla bean, creme brulee, and a whisper of espresso.
