Pickup only
Every online order is collected in person at Boulder Wine Merchant, 2690 Broadway, Boulder, CO 80304.
When to collect
Ready in about 2 hours during pickup hours. Orders placed after 5:30 PM (4:30 PM on Sunday) are ready the next day from 10:30 AM (11:30 AM Sunday).
We will email you when your order is ready. Orders can be collected Monday to Saturday 10:30am to 7:30pm and Sunday 11:30am to 6:30pm, which is 30 minutes after we open until 30 minutes before we close (store hours: Monday to Saturday 10am to 8pm, Sunday 11am to 7pm).
ID at pickup
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older. The person collecting must be 21 or older and show ID. If ID cannot be verified, we cannot release the order; it is cancelled and refunded in full.
Refunds
- Before pickup: Changed your mind? We'll refund your order in full. Call (303) 443-6761 or reply to your order confirmation.
- After pickup: You can return unopened bottles for a refund within 30 days of pickup. Bring the bottles and your order confirmation to the shop at 2690 Broadway, Boulder.
- Orders not picked up: We hold paid orders for 6 months. After that, the wine goes back on the shelf and your payment becomes store credit on your online account.
- Special orders: Special orders are not refundable.
