Age requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to buy alcohol from Boulder Wine Merchant or to collect an order. We check a valid government-issued photo ID at pickup, every time, whoever placed the order.
How online orders work
Placing an order on this site means you pay at checkout and collect the wine in person at 2690 Broadway, Boulder.
Our website stock comes from the shop's point-of-sale system. If a bottle sells in the shop before your order is prepared, we will contact you and refund that item in full.
Product information
Wine labels, vintages, bottle formats, and packaging may change. If the bottle we hold differs in any material way from what you ordered, such as a different vintage, we will ask you before your order is ready, and refund the item if you decline. Where a product page shows a bottle image, the image is illustrative.
Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and are the shop's shelf prices. If an obvious pricing error is found after you pay, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
Cancellations and refunds
See the Refunds and cancellations policy. In short: an order that cannot be released because ID cannot be verified is cancelled and refunded in full, without argument.
