Tasting note
Nose: Aromas of mint, clove, allspice, licorice root, and dark chocolate, with a surprising dose of gin botanicals throughout. Palate: A bright burst of rye spice evolves into light herbal notes - menthol, eucalyptus, lemon, and ginger tea with wildflower honey. Finish: Warm cinnamon candies soften into a gentle, spiced sweetness, with a final hint of anise.
