Tasting note
Bright yellow in the glass and reminiscent of our Estate vineyards in character, Cahill Lane Chardonnay opens with intriguing hints of white mushroom and subtle musky notes. Layers of toasted baking spice and poached yellow apple add warmth and aromatic depth. On the palate, the wine is supple and full-bodied, with a creamy texture that carries a generous, fruit-driven mid-palate.
