Tasting note
A nuanced and subtle chardonnay that presents place more than any particular winemaking slant. The nose is an understated mélange of toasted wattleseed, crushed rock, finger lime, and lemon aspen (a spongey and floral native citrus).
From the US importer's own tech sheet for the 2019 vintage, in its own words.
