Pale salmon, delicate pink hues; fine and persistent effervescence; raspberry, redcurrant, blackcurrant; mango, papaya; rose, honeysuckle; Mouth-filling, impressive length; terrific freshness, very present acidity

Winemaking

- in bottle in the deepest Pol Roger cellars (33 metres below street level)
- Made
- two débourbages; slow cool fermentation under 18°C in stainless steel, each variety and village kept separate; full malolactic-fermentation; secondary fermentation in bottle at 9°C; remuage by hand
- Blend
- 50% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay; 15% Pinot Noir vinified "en rouge" added to the blend

- The Brut Rosé Vintage 2018 is the ideal choice to accompany fish such as grilled salmon or even sushi. It also marries perfectly with fruit tarts and other fruit desserts;
