Orders and card payments are handled through Shopify and its payment partners. Boulder Wine Merchant does not store your full card number.

Our online store, checkout and email newsletter run on Shopify. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers may process only the information needed to perform their services. Boulder Wine Merchant does not sell personal information.
Cookies and website data
The site uses necessary browser storage to run the cart, remember your age confirmation for the session, and remember display preferences. Browser settings can be used to limit optional cookies.
Chats with Chaz
Chats with Chaz, our AI sommelier, are saved for 90 days to improve Chaz, then deleted. We keep what you type, Chaz's replies, the page the chat started on, the wines Chaz suggested and whether one went into your cart. Before a chat is saved, email addresses, phone numbers and long numbers such as card numbers are removed, and no IP address is kept with it. Please don't share personal details in the chat.
Your choices
