- The producer's drinking window
- Cellar aged for nine years and put on the market only when perfectly mature, it can then be kept for several decades and will continue to develop magnificently in the right conditions.

Structure
A bar appears only where the producer published a number. Measured figures come from the producer's technical sheet; the body bar is inferred from alcohol and labelled that way.
This producer publishes none of these numbers for this wine, so no bar is drawn. None of the producer technical sheets behind these wines publishes tannin as a number, so no wine gets a tannin bar.
