Gourmet Butter and Olive Oils
at Boulder Wine Merchant!

Did you know that the shop carries a wide selection of extra-virgin olive oils and artisanal butters? They are all selected personally by Brett — who, some might not know, is also a professional chef. And many of them are locally sourced or connected to Boulder.

A note from Brett:

We have a great selection of these artisan crafted products that you can’t find at the local grocery stores. Plus, as you know, these are crucial ingredients to making great dishes at home. Using high quality finishing oil and butter can take a dish from good to great.

One of the new olive oil products that we are really excited to work with is called Wildly Virgin. It is a beautifully crafted olive oil that came to us on a recommendation from the former Chef de Cuisine at Eleven Madison Park in NYC.
