Tasting 4/1: Rosé All the Way… or At Least Until the Next Cold Front
Rosé All the Way… or At Least Until the Next Cold Front
Wine Wednesday | April 1 | 5:00–7:00 pm | Boulder Wine Merchant
Spring has technically arrived, though the weather seems to be sprinting straight toward summer… at least for the moment. With those early warm days, we’re seeing a familiar shift in the shop: rosé season has quietly (or not so quietly) begun.
Of course, Colorado being Colorado, we fully expect a temperature dip the moment this hits your inbox. Still, we’re leaning in. Rosé isn’t just a season, it’s a mindset, and we’re excited to share four fresh, expressive bottles perfect for spring gatherings, Passover, Easter, or simply a Tuesday evening that deserves something a little brighter.
This week’s lineup includes a thoughtful range of styles, from classic Provençal elegance to Rhône Valley value, plus a playful low-alcohol sparkling option. We’ve even included a kosher selection to round out the mix.
