From the Peloponnese region, Zacharias’ Assyrtiko is a vibrant and fresh white wine expressing star fruit, honeydew melon, fresh orange, green apple, and minerals on a medium body. It gained some texture from lees aging but saw no oak. A vibrant acidity makes it a refreshing aperitif. You can also enjoy this with a Greek-style tomato and feta salad, or white flaky fish.
