Vinos del Viento “Aventura” 2020, Campo de Borja, Spain

Aventura is predominantly Garnacha blended with Garncha Tintorrera and Syrah. It is made in a fresh, lifted style with plenty of charm.  Perfumed on the palate, look for violets and fresh red cherries on a medium body with polished tannins.  Aventura was vinified in concrete. Vinos del Vientiane produces wines at high elevation with low intervention. Sip this with pizza or a piece of manchego.
