Unterlind is a new winery established in 2019 by the visionary duo of Heiner Bollig and Veronika Bollig- Litner. Heiner Bollig was previouslyby the vineyard manager at Egon Müller. Weingut Unterlind is dedicated to crafting exceptional Rieslings that embody the unique essence of the Mosel Valley. Embracing a minimalistic approach, they strive to create wines that epitomize the true character of the region. Their youthful energy and modern approach have quickly captivated enthusiasts. This 2020 is their inaugural vintage.
Trittenheimer Apotheke Kabinett: 0.57 hectares, southwest facing. Grey and blue Devonian slate with little topsoil. They work 6 different plots with allows them to show and reflect the great expression of this complex vineyard. Average age of the vine is 50 years, the oldest are almost 100 years old.
