Ultraviolet’s Cabernet Sauvignon possesses a garnet hue and classic aromatics reminiscent of red and black currants and dried autumn leaves. On the palate, the dark fruits are a mix of fresh, jammed, and candied, layered with a mocha accent. It is medium-bodied with an expressive lift on the palate. This terrific wine is 95% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Red Hills AVA and 5% Cabernet Franc from Napa Valley. We regularly carry this wine, but at $2 more, so stock up while it’s being featured!
