It is an unoaked blend of 90% Verdejo and 10% Viura that is fresh, balanced, clean and easy to drink. Fans of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc should give this a try. If you don’t polish off the bottle in one night, this wine still shows well after it’s been open for a day.
