Solo Uva Brut Franciacorta NV

Solo Uva  (which means “only grapes”) embodies the ideal to find in every single grape everything that is needed for winemaking. In order to make this traditional method sparkling wine, the added sugar in the dosage and tirage phases is replaced with must and reserve grape juice. Produced entirely from Chardonnay grapes grown in Lombardia, this is a lovely wine for fans of Champagne to try.  You will find it to be both refreshing and savory.  Look for apples and a touch of white peach with plenty of minerals and a fine, persistent mousse.  Franciacorta is excellent on its own to get your brunch or evening started, or serve it alongside seafood and appetizers.
