Silver Raven Cabernet offers concentrated flavors of black cherry, currant, and blackberry accented by vanilla and cedar on a medium body with round tannins. The fruit hails from a single vineyard, the Wallula vineyard, and half of the wine aged in oak barrels. This example is more red-fruited than most Washington Cabernet Sauvignons, but nonetheless is super tasty and impressively accessible. Superb with a burger.
