Sandhi is a small production California winery focusing on select vineyards from the Sta. Rita Hills in Santa Barbara County. The winery was founded in 2010by Rajat Parr, the wine director for Michael Mina Restaurants, and winemaker, Sashi Moorman. The old vines at Sanford & Benedict (planted in 1971) reliably yield balanced fruit and wines of character. There is a wonderful transparency this Chardonnay as the floral, citrus, and nutty aromas all mingle together to offer a compelling and expressive wine.
