Salomon began producing this unique wine in the 2011 vintage. Inspired by Georgian tradition, this Riesling ferments in amphorae buried in the ground. Alma exhibits a deeper golden hue than most Rieslings. It displays a complex spectrum of aromas. Look for white flowers with nuances of melon and herbs, all braced by a bright acidity.
