Root:’s example is a blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Syrah. 70% of the wine aged for 10 months in oak , half French and half American. This Cabernet Sauvignon’s ripe and full-bodied flavors pair well with grilled sausages, burgers, and roasted vegetables.
