Riporta Sangiovese is terrifically flavorful, with a medium body and soft tannins.  It offers copious aromas and flavors of ripe red cherries with accents of vanilla and graham cracker.  Hailing from central Italy’s Adriatic coast, this is a different expression of Sangiovese than one from Tuscany.  Riporta is less tart and more easy-drinking in comparison.  You can enjoy sipping this wine on its own, or pair it with antipasto or hearty beef stew.
