This is a solid 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Lodi that spent 16 months in oak barrels. Pavette delivers bold aromas and flavors of dark fruits such as blackberry, and plum, along with candied cherry and dried strawberry, all accented by mocha, vanilla, and baking spices. It offers plenty of grip on the finish. Superb with aged cheddar, grilled steaks, or braised lamb shank with rosemary.
