This unoaked expression of Chardonnay is all-purpose in the best of ways. It is a brilliant rich gold hue and offers scents of fresh apples accented by citrus, wildflowers, and a hint of honey. It is organically farmed. The story of Mas de Daumas Gassac began in 1972 with Aime Gilbert and his wife Veronique discovering the ideal setting to begin this adventure to make some of the most emblematic wines in southern France. Today the business is managed by their sons. The vineyards for this wine are located in the Thau Lagoon region of the Languedoc.
