This fresh and flavorful white bursts with intense aromas of lemon and grapefruit and flavors reminiscent of apple, pear, lemon, and lime on a light to medium body. Marqués de Cáceres is based in Rioja. A decade ago they founded a second winery in Rueda, where the Verdejo grape thrives. This white makes a vivid and refreshing aperitif and also pairs well with asparagus, goat cheese salad, and shrimp spring rolls.
