Mar Andes is a new project from Sergio Reyes and Raul Beckdorf. Sergio is a trained agricultural engineer and enologist. When he’s not tending to the vines, Sergio is an avid cyclist. Many of their vineyards were discovered while Sergio covered thousands of kilometers mountain biking through the countryside. Raul handles the business side of the things, with experience in business administration and wine exports. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes see traditional stain-steel fermentation at low temperatures to maintain freshness before bottling. The wine shows lots of tropical fruit aromas with a touch of white flowers, with racy acidity and a long finish.
