Maison L’Envoyé, ‘The House of the Messenger,’ tirelessly explores the finest sites dedicated to the cultivation of Pinot Noir. The label began in Burgundy before expanding to Oregon with winemaker Mark Tarlov of Evening Land. Their 2022 “Two Messengers” bottling is crafted from Pinot Noir grown in several subzones across the Willamette Valley.  The wine matured for 12 months in French oak , 25% of which was new. Approachable to drink now, dive right in to this vibrant mixture of sour cherry, rhubarb, strawberries, and subtle baking spices and loam. The textured palate is succulent with polished tannins bring into being a dynamic yet harmonious Willamette Valley Pinot Noir.
