Lo Brujo Garnacha is crafted from sustainably farmed bush vines of Garnacha with over 50 years in age. The vines are planted to iron-rich, stony, red soils in the rolling hills of Calatayud. Vinified in concrete, this wine is light on its feet and offers fresh and ripe fruit tones. It has an expressive bouquet of brambly fruit: blackberry, black cherry, red currant, all accented by black pepper. light tannins allow you to sip Lo Brujo on its own, and you will find it to be terrifically food-versatile.
