Here is yet another delicious wine from the Les Athlètes du Vin Series. Their Chardonnay is unoaked and well-balanced. Enjoy aromas and flavors of fresh apples accented by lemon and pear. Minerals and a balancing acidity add brightness to the mouth filling palate that gives way to a long finish. This atypical Chardonnay hails from sandy clay soil in the Loire Valley and was fermented in concrete tanks. You will find it to be refreshing on its own and also quite food-versatile. It’s especially delicious with white pizza with mushrooms, fettuccine alfredo, or chicken caesar salad.
