This bold Lambrusco has the bold backbone to stand up to your charcuterie spread.  It is a bone dry frizzante red with tannin structure.  Made from a blend of several sub-varieties of Lambrusco, all biodynamically grown: 30% Lambrusco Salamino, 30% Grasparossa, 30% Maestri and 10% of Malbo gentile. Serious stuff!
