The Tessari family have been growing grapes at La Cappuccina in Verona since 1890. The Garganega in their Soave vineyards was planted in 1970 and in 1975. Following hand-harvesting and fermentation in stainless steel, the wine matures on its lees for about six months. You will find it to be charming and clean with an extra measure of depth and complexity. A delicate bouquet of apple blossom and almonds give way to bright flavors of lemon on a dry and well-structured palate.
