Kermit Lynch 2021 “Cypress Cuvée” Côtes-du-Rhône, France

This Côtes-du-Rhône is a terrific bistro red displaying aromas of ripe black fruit, a gentle spiciness, and a garrigue-flavored accent of thyme and rosemary. Enjoy flavors of red and black cherries with a violet lift on the mid palate and a peppery finish.  It is a blend of mostly Grenache along with  Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault, and Mourvèdre. Intended for your dinner table, serve Cypress Cuvee with roasted lamb or chicken with tomatoes, garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
