The Biecher family has been making wine in the heart of Alsace since 1762. Their dry Riesling is made in a very traditional style from organically grown grapes. Expressive aromas of minerals, peaches, jasmine, and pastry dough waft from the glass.  The palate unfolds with underripe white peach, yellow apple, and lemon curd.  It is light to medium-bodied with a vibrant acidity.  This wine is impressively complex for under $20. It is the perfect style to pair with autumnal harvest flavors (butternut and acorn squashes), roast chicken, muenster,  and even your Thanksgiving feast.
