This biodynamically-grown Chardonnay underwent fermentation in both clay amphorae and egg-shaped concrete tanks. Without any oak influence, it offers a terrific balance of fresh flavors with a generous, creamy mouthfeel and lingering minerality. Jasper Raats is the cellarmaster of Longridge wine estate but he also has his own passion for creating wines that are not always run of the mill. Enjoy distinct aromas of fresh pear combined beautifully with white apple blossoms & a hint of grapefruit carrying through to the palate, ending in a refreshing, clean & lingering, perfectly balanced finish.
