Dumont’s Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc is a no-brainer for us. It bursts from the glass with layers of plush, ripe citrus fruits; look for a mix of fresh lemon, white grapefruit, and lemon curd. Pleasant tropical and mineral notes dance around the citrusy core and the finish lingers. It is high intensity without seeming shrill. This Sauvignon is a terrific value. It is a blend of fruit from Touraine, Saumur, and Pays Nantais. Pair this white with fresh goat cheese and be delighted.
