Lagarde’s organically-grown rosé is a unique blend of 90% Sémillon, and 10% Malbec from very old vines planted back in 1906. It greets you with charming scents of flowers and raspberries before expanding to a mouthfilling dry rosé with plenty of fruit. Sémillon’s full body and waxy yellow fruits offer plenty of presence on your palate. Look for accents of lemon, beeswax, peach, and chamomile. This richly textured rosé pairs excellently with grilled seafood, particularly herb-crusted salmon or shrimp skewers. It’s also an ideal companion for summer salads or light appetizers.
