This wine is a blend of Zinfandel from three terraced mountain vineyards (Chiles Mill, Catacula, & Tip Top) overlooking Chiles Canyon. Following destemming and fermentation, the wine aged 14 months in 60% American oak and 40% French oak (20% total new). It is made in a handsome, not-too-jammy style that won’t overpower your meal pairings. This lush red offers ripe plum and fresh raspberry with hints of violet and bay laurel.
