Here’s a little something to help you get through dry January when you wish for a glass of wine without the after-effects.  This dry Rose underwent fermentation to unlock the flavor of wine, and then underwent a process to remove its alcohol.  A spinning cone column utilizes distillation in a vacuum without subjecting the wine to high temperatures or pressures that can damage delicate aromas and flavors.  A touch of premium grape juice rounds out the final blend to add body and the slightest sweetness. Look for aromas and flavors of white peach, apple, and fresh strawberries.
