Folk Machine Pinot Noir 2022, Central Coast, California

Folk Machine’s 2022 Central Coast Pinot Noir hails from two sites in Arroyo Seco. Due to a very light extraction, you will find this to be an especially bright and light Californian Pinot Noir.  The wine aged briefly in used Franck oak barrels, but does not taste at all “oaky.” It is fun to drink, especially slightly chilled in the summertime.
