Domaine Pavelot Savigny-les-Beaune ‘La Dominode’ 1er Cru 2019

Savigny-les-Beaune 1er Cru ‘La Dominode’ terroir faces south and the soil, marly and deep, is embellished with a few angular pebbles. The vines in Pavelot’s parcel are 60+ years old.  This wne is made with 10% whole cluster andaged for 12 months in barrels (25% new). This beautiful ruby ​​red wine seduces with its elegance and liveliness. Its pure aromas combine the fruit and the minerality. On the palate, the structure is harmonious and fresh with a lingering finish.
