Miolanne’s light-bodied red is a blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay, all organically grown.  Enjoy scents and flavors reminiscent of cranberries and brambly red and black raspberries with a volcanic minerality shining through.  Volcano Rouge is a really lovely and elegant red with an edge of rustic charm.  It is light-bodied and has a long finish. Located in the Cotes d’Auvergne in the southern Loire Valley, Domaine Miolanne allows the volcanic terroir to speak through their Gamay and Pinot Noir vines. This charming red is vinified in stainless steel to preserve its vivaciousness. You can serve it with a very light chill.
