Vedilhan Viognier delivers this varietal’s alluring scents of honeysuckle and apricot, along with lush flavors of apricots and peaches on a medium body.  This is quite lovely and exhibits terrific varietal character. It is unoaked. Domaine de Vedilhan (pronounced ‘Ved-ee-ohn’) is the estate of the Fayet family, 6th generation grape growers based in the village of Moussan close to Narbonne. Pair this richer white with chicken in a cream-based sauce, pork, and roasted nuts.
