Domaine de Pouy is a blend of  35% Gros Manseng, 25% Ugni Blanc, 25% Colombard, and 15% Sauvignon Blanc from the southwestern corner of France.  Aromas of apple and white peach greet your nose and give way to flavors of Granny Smith, yellow delicious apple, and underripe white peach.  This is a fresh, crisp, and fruitful unoaked white with a refreshing acidity and medium body.  Family owned, Domaine de Pouy is one of the most respected wineries in Gascogny.  Serve their white alongside pan-seared fish with herbs and lemon.
