Scents reminiscent of lemon peel and pineapple give way to flavors of peach and white grapefruit, intermixed with fresh herbs.  “Harmonie de Gascogne” is medium bodied and unoaked.  We like its balance of roundness and zippiness. All of southwestern France’s regional white grapes are blended together here: Ugni Blanc, Colombard , Petit manseng, Gros Manseng, and Folle Blanche.
