“Je T’Aime Mais J’ai Soif” (“I Love You, But I’m Thirsty”) is a succulent, joyful delight of a white. It is an unconventional blend of 50% Melon de Bourgogne and 50% Marsanne, both biodynamically grown. It is dry yet beautifully soft and textured with notes of apple, pear, peach, apricot, honeydew, lime, and minerals. Years ago, Muscadet had a rough vintage and Vincent Caille, a 5th generation vigneron, got creative and blended Marsanne into his Melon de Bourgogne to discover this unique and delicious blend. We recommend serving it slightly chilled.
