Founded in 1952 with the marriage of Marie-Thérèse Reverdy to Bernard Bailly, this estate produces exceptional examples of Sancerre. Made from Sauvignon Blanc grown on the three classic soils of the region (marl, flint, and limestone), La Mercy-Dieu is clean, round, and balanced. Aromas of citrus, flowers, and minerality make this wine an ideal pairing for goat cheese, grilled fish, and chicken.
