Here’s a tasty Cab for you to cozy up to this winter.  Dark fruit aromas and enticing notes of mocha lead into gratifying flavors of black cherry, cedar, and tobacco.  A small portion of this sustainably-grown wine was aged in seasoned French and American oak barrels to impart a light oak characteristic while allowing the wine to stay true to its varietal character and retain its approachable, fruit-forward style. Tasty when dinner is steak with a roasted green veggie on the side, or just with some aged cheddar.
