Jérôme Dehours farms 42 different vineyards in three distinct villages on the southern side of the Marne River. The cépage of this Champagne is 67% Meunier, 25% Chardonnay, and 8% Pinot Noir. It was vinified 95% in stainless steel, and 5% in neutral French oak. It rested sur latte for a minimum of 30 months.  This bottling is Brut Nature, and thus has zero dosage for an especially racy and dry style.
